Order acceptance
> Payment with order only, (goods dispatched once payment made). Bank transfer is our preferred method of payment. We currently do not accept all major credit cards.
>. Our stock levels chance constantly throughout the day with walk in customers and sales from different platforms. For this reason we can not guarantee stock levels at any time even when our web site shows in stock levels.
If an item is currently out of stock we will send an alternative product so you are not kept waiting for your order. An alternative product will be any product from the same or similar manufacture of the same value or more.
Due to our wholesale business orders of larger quantities may experience a short delay.
Delivery Schedule
We have recently changed our UK delivery method and now use a mixture of courier and royal mail for delivery.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is currently being shipped via a combination of Royal Mail / Hermes. This is an economy service and will take an average of 2-5 days for delivery but can also take up to 7 days during peak busy periods.
Some areas of the UK will take a few days longer for delivery. These area’s include some selected postcodes but is not limited to the following areas. Aberdeen, Carlisle, Livingston, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Perth.
Faster Delivery
This is a faster delivery service and should take just one day for delivery but this is not guaranteed next day as this is Royal Mail and Hermes we’re talking about.
Secure courier
Secure courier is a 99% of the time a next working day service. Working days only. Monday to Friday. (Order by this delivery method on a Friday and theres a good chance it will be delivered Monday)
There is a Saturday delivery option via Royal Mail but they charge a lot more than standard delivery.
For Secure courier orders need to be placed as early as possible. We do try to send out any order placed before 1pm the same day but on busy days we can not guarantee same day dispatch.
Like our standard service some area’s of the UK we can not send next day due to selected locations. These include Aberdeen, Carlisle, Livingston, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Perth.
Please note: Situations out of our control can effect the delivery times. Accidents, Bad weather, Staff or operation issues. If a delivery is delayed due to situations out of our control we can not be held responsible. The couriers still require payment so we are not able to refund or part refund in these situation.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands Delivery If you live in one of these locations you will probably already know of the issues and delays experienced with delivery and mail in your specific locations. The following locations are excluded from the faster shipping service and delivery time can not be guaranteed.

Same Day Dispatch – Monday to Friday this is not guaranteed.
Same day dispatch up to 1pm only applies to in stock items and may also not be possible during busy periods.
Stock levels on our web site may not be accurate.
Saturday Delivery – We offer a Saturday delivery option for customers that require delivery on Saturday’s. Cut off time for ordering on Friday’s is 1pm. Saturday delivery is charged at a premium cost by the courier. Any orders for Saturday delivery placed after 1pm and not collected by the courier will be sent via Faster Delivery service with is not guaranteed next day delivery.
International orders and local Laws – Before placing an order please ensure you have checked the law in your own country. If your order is shipped and stopped by the customs in your own country we will not be held responsible and no refunds will be given if your order can not be delivered.

. If a product is not currently in stock we will place it on back order, most likely it will be back in stock with our next delivery.
>. USA customer information: First time orders / customers are requested to make payment via Bank Transfer for the first time of ordering. This is a fraud prevention measure taken due to increased fraudulent transactions we experience from the USA. Once we have order history and verified address as a customer we will allow credit / debit card payment.
Our of stock orders
We aim to process all orders within 1 working day.
When a product is out of stock and there are no plans to replenish the stock we will ship out an alternative product from the same manufacturer where possible.
You would expect to receive your order in 3-7 working days. Sometimes there is issues beyond our control, Although 90% of orders are received within 3 days, you should allow 28 days for delivery of your order.
>. Right to change your mind. You have the right to change your mind within 14 days from the date of order. If you have received your order and have not opened it please return the goods to us. We will refund you minus postage costs. If you have received your order and opened it we will not refund any orders.
Refunds. If a refund is agreed these conditions will apply.
1. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. All returns must be in a re-saleable condition.
3. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Postage will not be refunded.
If we have not been able fullfil your order within the 28 days stated we will refund with no admin charges.
5. We send qualifying orders free to the UK, if a refund is requested for any order we have sent for free we will deduct £7.50 per order for postage & packaging.
If you paid for next day delivery, it will be deducted from the refund. Postage charges on dispatched orders will not be refunded.
6. Refunds will be made within 3 working days.
You will be responsible for all delivery charges when returning orders to us. We suggest you use Royal Mail’s Recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage. We can not be held accountable for items not sent recorded/registered/special delivery.
Returns: Our returns address is supplied with all orders to customers once logged into your account.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
